Fast and Secure Delivery

All printing and shipping is handled by The Giclee Factory in Canada. Prints will be shipped directly from their studios. 

Order Fulfillment and Shipping

Print orders are typically completed within 5 business days. This is to allow proper drying of the ink before packaging prints for shipment.

Orders are shipped using UPS. A tracking number will provided when the order is shipped. Delivery typically takes 3 - 5 business days in North American. It can take up to 10 business days for the rest of the world.

Secure Payment

You can pay via Paypal or Shopify Credit Card Payments

Both use a secure 256 bit encryption service and 100% safe and secure.

If you’d like to pay directly with a credit card, Captured RAW is partnered with Shopify Payments.

Exchange & Returns

I am truly confident that you will love your print(s). They will uphold the test of time and they will be a statement piece for your home or office. Straight refunds or exchanges are not accepted as these are made to order prints.

The print tube shipping packaging is extremely tough and is capable of surviving the roughest of shipping journeys, however in the rare event that your print arrives with any kind of damage, we will gladly replace it for you completely free of charge.  If for some reason, it is damaged, send us clear pictures of the damaged giclee and the box. Please contact us in the first 48h of reception of your order. After 48h, we will consider the order to be to your satisfaction.

In order for this to happen, just send an email with relevant pictures and the order number to hello@capturedraw.com and we will get the replacement arranged for you right away.
