I have to be honest. Penguins in the Galapagos was a bit of a surprise for me. This little guy popped up from behind the rocks just as curious about me as I was about it. It’s very important to keep your distance, and if you do these penguins will reward you with a lot of personalities. The Galapagos penguin is one of the smallest penguins in the world, and it is the most northern of all penguin species.
